   Create a video blog…instantly.

   You can’t its against the law. If you do obtain one you would be commiting fraud. The only people who can pull a CBR are banks, creditors, and collection agencies. However a credit report isn’t always the best way to locate someone. Do some searching into “skip tracing”.
