They cannot pull your report without your authorization. (They can pull a soft inquiry which does not count against your score, but not a hard inquiry.) Listed below is a link which has a sample letter disputing the inquiries and requesting them to remove the inquiries.</description>

If you have some affiliation with them or are applying for some type of credit they have a right. They can not just for no reason at all, unless you have requested them to.</description>
