Start by getting copies of
your credit reports. You
have a right to free reports.
You are allowed one a year
from each of the bureaus:
Annualcreditreport.com,
Transunion, or Equifax.

If you are in the uk, try the experian website.
Just make sure to cancel within 30 days.

The website is annualcreditreport.com This is the only website where you can get free credit report. Here is more information on how to do it.

Sure you can do that at the website. They offer a free 30 day trial with Equifax and that actually gives you a 3 in 1 credit report.
