Call, write, and email them, you should have a number and address to cancel. You may want to notify the way you paid for it the first time, or any information you had to give them to get the service, i.e. credit card, bank card. Let them know you have cancelled the subscription. Some credit card and bank companies will assist you by blocking the charge.
